Required documents

Please deliver the required document in RED envelope for girls and BLUE envelope for boys (one time only). These envelopes will be used to maintain your child(ren)'s personal records.

All students MUST submit:

• Original (authenticated by NSO) Birth Certificate and one photocopy. (one time only)
• Two (2) recent 1 x 1 inch color photograph on blue background with name written on the back - every year
• Two (2) recent 2 x 2 inch color photograph on blue background with name written on the back - every year

New Students for Grades I to VI MUST also submit:

• Original form 138/SF 10 from previous school.

Age requirements

• To enrol in Nursery a child must be three (3) years old, on or before 31 August of the enrolment year.
• To enrol in Kindergarten One a child must be four (4) years old, on or before 31 August of the enrolment year.
• To enrol in Kindergarten Two a child must be five (5) years old, on or before 31 August of the enrolment year.

Grade school requirements

• To enrol in Grade I a student must have completed Kindergarten.
• To enrol in Grades II to VI a student must have completed the previous grade satisfactorily UNLESS the student is to be accelerated, or has previously been home schooled, in which case they must pass a centralized examination set by DEPED.
