Sorry we were offline. The database server went down at 7.10pm on Thursday 8th August and we immediately reported it (after waiting 40 minutes in the instant chat service on our website's hosting company site). They promised a fix in 24 to 72 hours, but apparently 24/7 support does not include working at weekends.
I guess we just have to be gratefull it is working again.
